Cruiser Adrift on R. Shannon

Killaloe Coast Guard was tasked to investigate a report by a member of the public that a Cruser was drifting South of Killaloe Bridge and that they could not see if any one was on board. The Killaloe Gadai notified the local Coast Guard Unit who notified MRSC Valentia. While launching a call from the local Gardai stated that the Cruiser was now under its own power, the Killaloe Coast Guard Rescue boat contiued to the scene and was assured all was okay.
