Killaloe Coast Guard were tasked to a 21' speedboat with engine difficulties on the 9th of May 2008 at 21:45hrs.
The speedboat with its 5 persons on board was towed safely back to Killaloe in darkness from the Silly Isl. Weather conditions were calm at the time.
