Killaloe Coast Guard was tasked to assist Irish Coast Guard Helicopter when it was requested to air lift an adult male. The causality was seriously injured when the truck he was working under fell on him. HSE ambulance and fire service and garda from Borrisokane moved the casualty to Ballinderry GAA field. The Rescue Coast Guard Helicopter then rushed the casualty to Hospital.
