Killaloe Coast Guard received a request from Killaloe Garda at 04:15 to assist with a report of a cry for help heard by a member of the public and local Garda. The cry for help came from an area between Kincora Harbor and Harbor Village. An extensive search of the area by the Killaloe Coast Guard with Land Search Teams and boat crews assisted by the Coast Guard Helicopter from Shannon and local Garda. After all possibilities were eliminated the search was stood down at 11: 20
No casualties.
