Killaloe Coast Guard were tasked to assist the Killaloe Gardai in recovering a motor bike from the river Shannon at O Briens Bridge. Killaloe Coast Guard carried out a water search of the area to determine if any person had entered the water with the bike. There was no evidence of any one in the water. The motor Bike was lifted from the water with the assistance of a tractor. It appeared that the bike had been interferred with during the night and the dumbed into the water.
